Summary:
Unify Energy Solutions is currently looking for a Training and Development Specialist to work in our Houston, TX office. What you will be doing:
· Present to and train groups of people both virtually as well as in person on a frequent basis.
· Should be a quick learner of Technical and Administrative topics to the extent he or she can present the topic with confidence.
· Set-up both virtual and in person Training presentations related hardware and software.
· Lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward the achievement of business and personal development goals.
· Communicate technical and non-technical information to individuals and groups across all levels.
· Train Employees in all Departments including Technicians, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Administrative in all aspects of the Business.
· Train Customers on general Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Unify specific Customer interfaces such as Reliable Controls WebView, RC-Studio and RC-Toolkit.
· Develop and Maintain online training material for Unify’s Learning Center.
· Strengthen internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
· Participate or contribute to Employee 90 Day, Quarterly and Annual Reviews.
What you will need:
· Bachelor’s degree in training and development, Education, or a Related Field.
· At least 5 years’ experience with Training, Organizational development, or Education.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
· Extensive knowledge of Building Automation Systems and HVAC
· Demonstrated understanding of internal controls documentation, implementation, and monitoring
